For PCB elegance 3.5 there is an update tool (28-jan-2009) available. With this update tool you can download every available executable used. You can download this update tool using this link and save it into the PCB elegance main directory.

De update tool can be executed from every executable using the main menu "Help -> About ...." or "Help -> Check for updates".
